- The phone is not functioning correctly or you have questions about using it.
- Voicemail is not functioning correctly or you have questions about using it.
- Caller ID is incorrect.
- You or your employee will be moving offices and an existing line needs to be moved.
- You or your employee need a new phone.

Cell Phones
Carthage does not control cell phone reception on campus.
Generally, it’s hard to get good cell signals on campus because all the cell towers have to be located to the west of campus. When people are inside buildings there is a lot of concrete and metal that blocks cell signals.
